One Classic Deserves Another
Michael Hutchence and the World Cup are both classics.
In honor of the World Cup coming to the U.S. - and specifically to Los Angeles - I was inspired to remix the MESA & BOSS version of "One Way" and cut it to some of the greatest moments from World Cups past, along with a special appearance from Michael.
The lyrics have always felt like the perfect metaphor for the beautiful game - There's only one way to do it... I'm gonna climb a mountain." And, of course, the hook, and you've got to Kick It Around.
With the U.S.'s unprecedented run, what better way to honor both the team and the spirit of the World Cup?
I hope everyone enjoys the remix and maybe is even inspired to create their own version.
